Where can I find the current open positions at LSI?

How do I apply if I am interested in a position?
You can apply directly to Invenio by sending your resume to talent.hr@invenio-solutions.com. You can also apply by visiting our job boards on other sites like Naukri and LinkedIn.
Can I apply if I don’t have a work permit?
You must be a US resident or have a valid work permit for the country.
How will I know if I am selected to participate in the interview process?
A member of the Talent Acquisition team will contact candidates shortlisted for the interview process. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we will try to contact you by e-mail or SMS.
If selected, will I be required to undergo any type of background verification?
Yes. We conduct a formal background verification check on all new hires as a standard process.
When can I re-apply if I do not pass the interview process?

If you do not pass the interview process, you can re-apply for the position after 6 months. 

What geographical areas does LSI recruit for?
LSI is a global company and has a presence across the US. You are welcome to apply for any positions available in this region, but you must be a US resident or hold a valid work permit.
Can I apply for more than one vacancy?
Yes, you can apply for more than one position if you feel strongly that your credentials closely match with more than one open requirement.
What is the selection process?
Initially, a Talent Acquisition team member will reach out to you to discuss your credentials, experience and interests. If you are shortlisted to participate in the next stage of the process, you will be taken through several rounds of discussions at various levels to evaluate your suitability and fit for the role.
How long does the recruitment process take?
The recruitment process at LSI is very quick. The time taken from the application stage to the final interview and shortlisting typically ranges from 3 to 10 days.
Are there any reference checks I need to go through before being employed?
On your final selection, we conduct reference checks before you join the organization. This process is applicable for candidates hired at certain specific levels.
Will I get training?
